This is small software to calculate a novel measurement for cardiac dyssychrony. It takes data exports from Visualsonics and Tomtec speckle-tracking based strain software.

Dyssynchrony measurements can be done from "full data" exports from Vevo Strain or Tomtec Strain software.

Store the files in a Directory and run gui.py
