• Install Python 2.7 for windows (make sure pip is installed)
• Add dir to PATH var
• Install visual C++ for Python 2.7
• download lxml.whl at http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
• $ python -m pip install lxml.whl
• Download git
• $ git clone git://..
• $ python -m pip install -r reqs.txt
