ForCA - wsgi version

Instalação:

1 - Crie o banco (preferencialmente postgresql)
2 - Edite o arquivo applications/ForCA/models/0_settings.py
    a partir do default, com os dados da conexao e demais preferencias
3 - Rode (como sudo) o script forca-setup.sh
