This repository includes two resources:

(1) the training dataset for PAD classification in both CSV and LIBSVM formats. The original data is also included.

(2) the source code of the trained SVMs and the methodology for evaluation described in "Classification Method of Peripheral Arterial Disease in Patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Infrared Thermography and Machine Learning" submitted to the Journal of Infrared Physics and Technology.
