To run FastME: NJ: In folder NJ run python3 pipeline_nj.py, run python3 evaluate_nj.py to evaluate BME: In folder FastME-TaxAdd_BalME run python3 run_fastme.py(for K2P distance, for some repetition, it may take too long to get result, in this case, press ctrl+c to escape), run python3 evaluate_fastme.py to evaluate

To run FastTree: In folder FastTree, run pipeline_fasttree.py, run evaluate_fasttree.py to evaluate.
