1. git clone https://github.com/rddimon/pl-milo-test.git
2. create a virtualenv
3. pip install requirements.txt
4. python manage.py migrate
5. python manage.py runserver
Python 3.6 and Django 2.0.2
1. open console with python 3.6
2. run file date-parser.py
