Mopidy extension for bluetooth capability

Install by running:

pip install Mopidy-Bluetooth

Or, if available, install the Debian/Ubuntu package from apt.mopidy.com.

Before starting Mopidy, you must add configuration for Mopidy-Bluetooth to your Mopidy configuration file:

[bluetooth]
