Simple web proxy using Flask-Socketio to allow users to monitor and block urls

1. Change your LAN settings to use a Proxy server.
2. Install the requirements, then run python WebProxy.py
   The message below should appear. Go to the address to start the proxy, see requests, and block URLS.
   * Running on http://127.0.0.1:5000/ (Press CTRL+C to quit)
