Returning to this project after a year. I have forgotten pretty much everything. As I rediscover what I was thinking it will go in here. With any luck it will be of use to whoever ends up reading this.

All code is written in python. Everything parses the csv recorded waveforms ina subdirectory seaveyDataPalestine2014.

There are several main scripts which do analysis.
