How to create SIM plots for Monthly Report
------------------------------------------

Run
/data/mta/Script/Month/SIM/Scripts/sim_wrap_script
or
/data/mta/Script/Month/SIM/create_monthly_sim_plots

where the latter is symbolic linked to the former. 

This will create the following four plots:

monthly_grat_ang.png
monthly_grat.png
monthly_sim.png
rotation.png


Script Descriptons
------------------

All scripts require to run under:

setenv PYTHONPATH "/proj/sot/ska/arch/x86_64-linux_CentOS-5/lib/python2.7/site-packages"

run_all_sim_script.py
----------------------
This is the master script to run three sim plotting script

Input: none

Output: four png plot




aorwspd_plot.py
---------------
This python script plots AORWSPD movement for monthly report.

Input: (as arguments)
        <none>  ---     test mode invoked

        <year> <month>  --- if the data for the <year> <month> does not
                            exist, the script will extract the data and
                            update the database


Output: rotation.png

Data:   /data/mta/Script/Month/SIM/house_keeping/monthly_avg

Other need: dataseeker access
            /data/mta/Script/Month/SIM/house_keeping
            this directory keep login info and database


grating_plot.py
---------------
This python script plots grating movement plots

Input:  <none>  --- test mode invoked
        run     --- plot the most recent plots

Output: monthly_grat_ang.png / monthly_grat.png

Data:   /data/mta/www/mta_otg/OTG_sorted.rdb


sim_plot.py
-----------
This python script plots TSC and FA movement plot

Input: <none>   --- test mode invoked
        run     --- plot the most recent plots


Output: monthly_sim.png

Data:   /home/brad/Tscpos/sim_data.out (or /data/mta_www/mta_sim/Scripts/sim_data.out)
