Creating SIM Movement Plots
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This directory cotains scripts related to creation of 
SIM movement plots in /data/mta_www/mta_sim/.


Scripts
+++++++

run_sim_warp_script     --- setting environment 
run_sim_main_script     

mkmonth_list.py         --- create ./Outputs/months file
                            which is a list of months and range in DOM

runtscpos.pro           --- idl script to run all other idl scripts
                            and move plots and data to appropriate locations

tscpos.pro              --- read data and creates plots

tsc_mv_trend.pro        --- create trend plots. called by tscpos.pro

cmp_as_planned.pro      --- create plots which compare planned movement and
                            actual moves. called by tscpos.pro

mkwebsum.pro            --- create "sum.html" page which is modified and
                            moved to the main location by runscrpos.pro

mkweeksum.pro           --- create "wksum.html" page which is modified 
                            and moved to the main location by runscpos.pro

list_values.pro         --- given an inarray (floating point, sorted) will return
                            an array containing inarray's unique values

simmoves.pro            --- given arrays of times and positions, will return 
                            a structured a of start time, stop time, start 
                            position, end position for each move

filterinst.pro          --- returns a filtered instrument list
                            it eliminates observations that fall within the
                            detector ranges, but should not be counted
                            as having the detector in place
