Code to acquire lyra data (lyra.py) and perform the lyra GI analysis (lyra_gi.py).

Requires the most recent version of sunpy. Requires pandas (>0.7.2), http://pandas.pydata.org/

1. Move the lyra data acquisition object to sunpy
2. Use the sunpy HEK module to download times of GOES flares.
