This is a secure chat that uses WebSockets (socket.io) as a communication protocol, DES encryption algorithm and the Diffie-Hellman protocol for key exchange.
The server is written in javascript (node.js) and uses the socket.io package. The port is 8080.
In this section the client apps and the technologies they're built on top of will be explained.
The python client is a desktop chat app written in Python 3.5 and uses Tkinter as a gui library.
