HSA part:

0. Run configure.sh.

1. Run generate_cisco_router_tf.sh, it will call generate_stanford_backbond_tf.py 
   which wll takes in cisco configuration files for standford backbond under 
   directory 

      hsa/examples/stanford/Stanford_backbone

   and all generated translate functions could be found in 

      hsa/examples/stanford/tf_stanford_backbone
      
2. One can establish a project by loading all files from hsa/ directory.
