To run the Hello World example:

1. Make sure your Google Chrome browser is version 49 or higher.
2. Change into the directory nacl_sdk/pepper_49/getting_started/part1.
3. Execute 'make'.
4. Change into the directory nacl_sdk/pepper_49/getting_started.
5. Execute 'make serve'.
6. Use the Google Chrome browser to access http://localhost:5103.
7. You should see a message saying, "hello from NaCl."
