가상머신에 설정된 I/O 대역폭을 가상머신이 구동중인 상태(Live)에서도 변경할 수 있는 코드이다.

본 코드는 CentOS 7 기반의 qemu-kvm-1.5.3-167 rpm 패키지를 베이스로 작성된다.
