A TTS device for people with low vision using Raspberry Pi. It is a device using Raspberry Pi which would capture the image using a webcam, process the image using OpenCV library, apply OCR engine (Tesseract Library) for converting the text to speech and using the google TTS tool for generating the speech of the text received.
