django-lass-utils is a collection of miscellaneous models and utilites that form the groundwork for LASS, the University Radio York website system.

In short: 2-clause BSD or GPL version 2, take your pick.

django-lass-utils, as a spin-off from the LASS project, is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2. However, as it was comprised entirely of code solely written by URY and/or code not under licence, the original author decided to dual-license under GPLv2 and the FreeBSD 2-clause license.

The BSD licence is included as LICENSE; the GPL alternative licence is under COPYING.GPL for reference.

The project was based on https://github.com/dabapps/django-reusable-app which itself is under 2-clause BSD. The copyright notice for the elements of this template used here is also in LICENSE. (This was erroneously omitted in early pushes to this repository; no violation of licences was wilfully and deliberately committed.)

Documentation is coming soon (there are docstrings in the actual code, but nothing much else).
