A package providing a supervisor class that loosely ties together a couple of abstract components which build upon the features of the base bottle framework itself. Some of the tasks that this component-suite tries to solve are:

- background task execution
- signaling mechanism
- faster template rendering (built upon Mako)
Due to the lack of any documentation at the moment, it is best to poke into the source of other librarian-* components and see how this package is utilized by them.
