OpenMEEG visualization tools

The OpenMEEG software is a C++ package for solving the forward problems of electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). This repository contains Python code to help the visualizetion of OpenMEEG files such as .geom, .tri etc.

This code has the same same license as OpenMEEG: CeCILL-B (cf. below)

Install openmeeg_viz

As any Python packages, to install openmeeg_viz, after obtaining the source code (e.g. from git), go in the openmeeg_viz source code directory and do:

python setup.py install

or if you don't have admin access to your python setup (permission denied when install) use:

python setup.py install --user

You can also install the latest development version with pip:

pip install -e git+https://github.com/openmeeg/openmeeg_viz#egg=openmeeg_viz-dev --user
