############################################################## ################# MM5 python interface V 0.1 ################# ############################################################## pymm5 This is some work done here in Italy at University of L'Aquila and at PST Abruzzo on MM5 I/O format. It mainly consist of the file mm5_class, mm5_proj and mm5_table which are in the lib/MM5 directory. This files contain python interfaces to manage MM5 I/O format. This allows for writing a program like mm5_export, which is able to export MM5 variables from MM5 I/O format (v2 or v3) to NetCDF, Grads, ascii or gif format. This software is still under development (as fas as I will be able to work on it). Not everything works fine, I do not have much time to test it on all possible formats. It just works for us. Do as You like with it, ask me if You need help.
