Before deploying a new version of the application:
  - edit application name in gae_app/app.yaml
  - edit notification message template (gae_app/priv/notification_message.txt)

To start a new experiment:
  - visit http://{application_name}.appspot.com/upload and login
  - upload a config file (same format as example.yaml)
