Twitter 上で動作する Bot

フォローしたユーザが
「xx月xx日は *** 」
とつぶやいたら、その日付と予定を GAE のデータベースに保存する。
そして、当日になったら
「@user 今日は *** 」
とつぶやいた本人にお知らせする。
