Fetch new openvpn server config from web server and restart service
======================================================================

* Workflow:
- Compare local md5 of openvpn config with remote md5 of stored openvpn config file.
- If md5 are the same, do nothing.Else, download new openvpn configuration file.
- Restart openvpn service.

* prerequisite
- python 2.7 with requests library
- web server with md5 and openvpn configuration file (ssl and user/passwd auth)
