Go to release page and download the DNN or click this https://github.com/davidebufo2/rhinocyt/releases/download/1.0/frozen_inference_graph.pb. Then place it inside the local repository to work.
Open a command prompt and type this command:
git clone https://github.com/davidebufo2/rhinocyt.git
cd rhinocyt/
python manage.py runserver
