readme.txt for NG911 Data Check

This script requires the NG911_config.py and the folder of text files called "Domains"

In the config file:

ESB refers to a list of layers that are the Emergency Services Boundaries
gdb is the submittal database
folder is the path to the domains folder

The "soundexNameExclusions" and "ordinalNumberEndings" variables are 
used by the fLRMSMethod script.
The "currentLayerList" and "nonDisplayFields" variables are
used by the NG911_Frontend script.
