Here are presented Python scripts used in Chapter 3 of the thesis. Scripts are run in the following order:

removeDuplicates.py
blastpParse_removeTremble.pl
gettingHostTaxa.py (for PHI-base version 3.2) or gettingHostTaxa_fromPHIbase_4.0.py
analysisOfPHIbase_v4.0.py (similar for PHI-base version 3.2)
displayMCLclusters.py
