The scope of Activity 24/25 is to implement the kNN algorithm for classification of a (x,y) coordinate with 2 flavors of user interraction

- Mathplotlib for graphical representation of the result
- Tensorflow/numpy for Array/Vector manipulation and x,y point generation
kNN algorithm implementation with console User inputs
- Input: x value (float)
- Input: y value (float)
- Input: k value (int<0-200>)
kNN algorithm implementation with custom arguments
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-x < float > x value of Point[x,y]
-y < float > y value of Point[x,y]
-k < int > k value used by the algorithm. Must be between 0 and 200
