A 4-D visualizer based on Mayavi (http://github.enthought.com/mayavi/mayavi/), for navigating in timeseries of 3-D images.
time_series_visualizer: provides a TimeVisualizer class that is a GUI meant to visualize time-series of 3-D images, navigated through using a next and a previous button. See the example in test_visualizer.py
generate_data: utility functions to generate synthetic datasets used for testing the application.
