Simplification of laser cooling in order to test addition to CCMD

Rethermalisation branch: the velocity distribution is redone to the ensemble temerature at each time iteration, leading to an attempt to simulate atomic collisions in the Coulomb Crystal

Run/edit MasterBranchB.py to use
