This repository consists of the source code for prototype of the Grant Search Application (GSApp). The code is built using Python3 programming languages and is based on deep learning models built using PyTorch. It uses MongoDB as the DBMS for storing the raw, pre-processed and post-processed text, which describe clinical/biomedical trials/experiments/studies.
