A network building, analyzing, and visualizing tool built specifically for analyzing author interaction networks in PubMed's database. Each node represents a last author on a publication and each edge represents a shared publication between two authors.
Requires installation of Cytoscape, NetworkX, numpy, csv, and Powerlaw. It also requires installation of Entrez, which is PubMed's API tool.
