Cochlea Image Analysis
This is a 3D Slicer plugin that uses elastix toolbox for Multi-modal cochlea Images registration, segmentation and analysis. More information can be found here. The elastix parameters file can be found here
Pre-requirments:
Windows: install VS2015 runtime.
Ubuntu: install openCl using: sudo apt install ocl-icd-opencl-dev
This project contains two modules:
- Cochlea image registration.
- Cochlea image segmentation and measuerments.
