Move your terminal into the working directory for the project and do the following:

On Windows (cmd.exe):

$ python3 -m venv env
$ env\Scripts\activate.bat

On Unix or MacOS (bash):

$ python3 -m venv env
$ source env/bin/activate

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

$ python manage.py migrate

$ python manage.py createsuperuser

  $ python manage.py runserver

If everything worked, http://127.0.0.1:8000 will show you a welcome page
