pyGlobe

Assuming you have an opttree you can run the analysis with:

python pyGlobe.py -i emu_merged_v5.root -o emu_output_v5.root --blind

Plots are defined in the plotvariables.dat file and can be displayed with:

python plotinteractive.py config_PIexample.dat
