Here I placed some scripts that I use.

Amp5_v3_END.py:
Correct the GMOS-S Amp5 issue. Used on spectra.

Copia_header.py: Copy a header from one image to another.

Crea_imagen.py: Shows the GMOS raw images as one.

display_loop.py: uses ds9 and it shows all images located in the directory. Gemini format.

fit_line_cube_parallel.py: Fit a gaussian profile to a GMOS IFU datacube
