compile_datsets: Scripts that were used to filter, clean, and compile datasets. Main outputs are in other folder not included in git because of size

linear_models: Scripts that use linear methods to assess significance of factors, as well as to decode choice of animals.

misc: Script for Kuiper statistic, some util files and cleanup files

tools: Files that define important classes of objects that I use everywhere, such as the session object and the session iterator object (main tool to filter what type of sessions we're working with)

train_evaluate_RNN: Scripts used to train RNNs/LSTMs in parallel as well as to run some metrics on them.
