SpanLib - Spectral Analysis Library

Intent:

Provides a fortran 90 libraries and a python module
to perform analyses such as Principal Component
Analysis (PCA) and Multichannel Singular
Spectrum Analysis (MSSA).
This packages is suitable for analysis studies of
climate or financial variability.
