A set of TVB related small packages for efficient scripting with TheVirtualBrain simulator
Its sub-packages contain:
- helper functions (tvb_scripts.utils)
- plotting functions
- a Timeseries extended model and service
- input/output module to and from TVB files
- and a Head model and services for TVB Structural data, for more efficient scripting with TVB concepts.
