README for Midgard library

This is the base library of the Midgard Application server suite. The
library allows Midgard applications to access the Midgard database
using a set of database-independent functions. The library also does
user authentication and privilege handling.

You should consider to install MySQL 4.x at it is highly recommended 
for Midgard Framework. If You have MySQL 4.x already installed, turn 
on its caching abilities as it increase speed of Midgard sites.
