  WallPaper Tool

Description:
  A small tool wrote in python to manage ubuntu's wallpaper

Usage:
  cd (program dir)
  sudo ./wallpaper.py

Configuration:
  conf.py

Requirements:
  Ubuntu11+
  Python3+

About Implementation:
  /usr/share/gnome-background-properties/wallpapers.xml
    define paths of wallpapers
  [pic_path]/[folder_name].xml
    define transition between wallpapers
