Validation of the charm22star forcefield in OpenMM/Desmond
This is code for validating the charmm22star forcefield on the gromacs community website by comparing the forces produced by OpenMM and desmond on the same conformations.
It requires a working installation of OpenMM, Desmond, Python (with numpy/matplotlib/openmm).
To run it, run the makefile.
