The core dependencies for this project are:

• BLAS (including headers)
• GSL (including headers)

The UI layer and examples require libraries from ETS 4.2:

• Traits
• Traits UI
• Chaco
• Envisage

Finally, the project has several optional dependencies:

• jsonpickle 0.4.0 (for serialization routines)
• matplotlib 1.1 (for certain examples)
• scikit-learn 0.11 (for grid search hyperparameter selection)

Note that older versions of the indicated packages may work, but they have not been tested.
