In order to add a new algorithm

1. Create a new directory with the algorithm name in the /Kaggle directory
2. Create a submissions folder in the new directory, which is where the submissions of running that algorithm will end up in
3. Create a run{AlgorithmName}.py file in the new directory, and follow the same format as the other run{AlgorithmName}.py files
