This package provides utilities for efficient generation of random fields for cosmology. Based on the astropy affiliated package template.

Randomfield depends on the following external packages:

• numpy (version >= 1.7)
• scipy
• astropy

Randomfield can also take advantage of the following packages if they are available:

• matplotlib
• classy
• pyFFTW

Randomfield is compatible with python versions 2.6, 2.7, 3.3 and 3.4.
