* Vectorize map tile (binarize,thin,trace,clear,approximate)
* Build polygons with possible holes
* Find center points of polygons to query map feature (KOATUU)

The script is tested on Ubuntu 14.04

* Install base dependencies

sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy python-skimage python-matplotlib python-shapely

* Install Polygon library from http://www.j-raedler.de/projects/polygon/
