This repository is meant to be a centralized repository for workflows described by the Workflow Descripion Language (WDL). Best practices for WDL files and metadadata files will developed and must be adhered to. This repository is in its initial phases and is not ready for broad use, but keep watching (or help us get started)!

Contributions to WDL files, metadata files, best practices and other documentation files are highly encouraged and can be made through pull requests and issues. If you want to discuss the direction of this repository in the early phases please contact Karl Sebby karl.sebby@xdbio.com.
