MACHINE LEARNING: • Source code: https://github.com/zzhenyanglu/Git/tree/master/Machine%20Learning • Implemented Decision Tree, Artificial/Convoluted Neural Network, Linear Regression, time series ARIMA models, stochastic process with Python (not using SKLearn or any other packages) using the core algorithms of those models and compared the results of my models with those output by R, SKLearn and Tensorflow, result of CNN was bad, While results of other models look very good. • ETL MNIST image database and implemented high speed handwriting image pattern recognition program with distance functions such asEuclid, reduced, downsample, crop and threshold in C, wrote automated unit test and its makefile to automate the test. Max accuracy rate was around 80%. • Implemented SVM, MNIST image recognition, Decision Tree, Linear regression, classification and bunch of other models with commercial packages such as R, tensorflow or SKLearn.

  4. Fake spotify • Source code: https://github.com/zzhenyanglu/Git/tree/master/Relational%20Database/Database-Design/Final_web_application • Implemented fake Spotify web page with PHP that can play music on demand and the backend databases that stores membership, songs, artists, albums, genres, languages, payments, physical storage address and social activities like user created playlists, user favorite music. • Implemented 17 SQL procedures, functions that check integrity of tables and interacts with the databases. • Implemented 18 web pages with PHP that interacts with SQL procedures to facilitate pertaining functions.

DATABASE PROGRAMMING: • Source code: http://github.com/zzhenyanglu/Git/blob/master/Relational%20Database/Database-Programming/HOMEWORK/Final/video%20rental%20project(SQL).txt • Implemented a Database system and packages in PL/SQL simulating Redbox video rental machine which includes the following functions and procedures: new member signup, membership status, cancel membership, copy checkout/return, member rental summary, search for video/game. • Implemented Unit Tests that kicks off the Exchange server and 4 trading systems with no manual interference.
