Real-Time Image Processing For Boat Race Recording
Uses correlation (template matching)and feature recognition to detect and track buoy or start marker
Draws a start/finish line from center of camera to the buoy
Detects boats and determines line intersection with the start/finish line
Records finish times of boats
Still working on sail number recognition
