SLMS - QGIS reprocessing workflows for raster and vector layers

##Quick and Dirty installation instructions

• copy the SLMS folder located in the workflows directory in the repo root in the QGIS user config directory + processing\workflows

  e.g. on windows if the username is fds that directory is C:\Users\fds\.qgis2\processing\workflows

• drop the files in the gdal_scripts folder in the folder apps\qgis-ltr\python\plugins\processing\algs\gdal of the QGIS installation folder

  e.g. on windows C:\Program Files\QGIS 2.14\apps\qgis-ltr\python\plugins\processing\algs\gdal
